SInce the 1970's, when Jimmy Cliff began DJ's of Long Branch, we were on the corner of 2nd Ave and Brighton ave. In late 2007 we moved up the block to 69-A. Now, in July 2009 we are moving about 100 yards southwards, to 644OCEAN AVENUE. We retain the same telphone number 732 870 2277. Please call and PLEASE leave a message. We do call in and check messages even if we are away for a bit or too busy to run and answer your call. We will call you back. At times we also forward calls to the cell phone.

Another contact method is faheybike@verizon.net We check email daily but if you do  not see a reply promptly, please do not hesitate to call the phone number above.

The heart of the Long Branch's safe, comfortable neighborhood is known as West End. You MIGHT find a sizeable number of ladies salons and maybe a restuarant or ten, on Ocean Ave, Second Ave, West End Court, New Court and Brighton Avenues. Bring your appetite. Test Ride a bike or two !

Joline ave, Cerad Ave and Brighton ave all run east - west between OCEAN BLVD and NORWOOD ave which are both North -South thoroughfares. Norwood extends south from Broadway in Long Branch and connects to Rt 71 at Cedar avenue and Monmouth University a few blocks from us.

As you head south on Norwood Ave, go through the light at Wall street and then you make a LEFT onto Brighton. Head East through two traffic lights and over a set of railroad tracks and atthe endof Brighton ave make a right to go south on OCEAN Blvd. Just two short blocks on your right you'll see DJ's Cycles. Parking in the rear.

Ocean Blvd is, well,  at the Atlanic Ocean. I am sure you've heard of that. It's just east of New Jersey.

The other landmark a few yards from our new door is on OCEAN Blvd just north of the store is a compact DUNKIN DONUTS. It is two corners south of the red and white WINDMILL, where you should have a hot dog before leaving the area. It looks  like a wind mill. Big spinning white baldes, and a red central house that holds the blades.

Long Branch is an old town and it's streets are NOT a classic grid work of parallel and perpendicular construction, so instructions do help but it's not that hard if you call first. 732 870 2277

A Map will be inserted here in the future if that helps or maybe a link to a map.
